Technical Analysis
Definition: A method of evaluating the markets/indexes/securities by analyzing statistics generated by overall market activity, such as past prices and volume. Analysts of this type of investing do not measure the intrinsic value(see als fundamentals) but instead chart the patterns that may show future activity, believing that historical performances are indicators of future performances.
