Indicator
Definition: Anything used to predict future financial trends. Within Technical Analysis an indicator would be used in order to help the charting of the market oscillations. Some indicators used are Bollinger Bands, MACD’s (Moving Average Convergence Divergence), Fibonacci retracements and trendlines.
